Job description
We are looking for an energetic Business Development and Partnerships Executive / Associate to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Calls – Identify potential clients, generate leads, and present travel solutions.
Relationship & Account Management – Build, maintain, and expand relationships with travel resellers, corporate clients, and airline partners.
Market Research & Strategy – Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop growth strategies.
Sales Target Achievement – Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Negotiation & Contracting – Negotiate deals with travel agencies and potential clients to drive business growth.
Product & Service Promotion – Educate clients on Flymya’s services, pricing, and promote products to enhance sales performance.
Collaboration & Reporting – Work closely with internal teams and provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in travel sales, ticketing, or airlines.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including market trends, destinations, and regulations.
Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and understanding of financial metrics.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and suppliers.
Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with travel tech platforms is a plus.
Strong local market knowledge and existing supplier relationships are advantageous.
Professional, well-mannered, and confident in client interactions.
