As a Corporate Sales & Solutions Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our corporate clients by promptly and effectively managing their inquiries. Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Beyond inquiry management, you will actively participate in lead generation, prospecting, and acquiring new corporate clients, helping to drive revenue growth and contribute to the company’s overall business development strategy. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to meet revenue targets and expand our corporate client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Receive and respond promptly to incoming inquiries from corporate clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, pricing, availability, and other relevant details.

  • Address client concerns and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and inquiries using our CRM or other simple tracking tools.

  • Help prepare basic summaries or updates about common questions and client feedback for the team.

  • Research and identify potential corporate clients through online research, networking events, referrals, and other channels.

  • Proactively reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to introduce our services and schedule meetings.

  • Engage with corporate clients to gather necessary information, clarify their needs, and provide ongoing support.

  • Follow up with clients to ensure inquiries are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.

  • Build and nurture positive, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and attentive service.

Job requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.

  • Experience in corporate sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Myanmar and English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

  • Critical thinking, complaint management, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and CRM platforms.
