Job description

As an HR Associate Intern, you will play a hands-on role in supporting key HR functions that shape our workplace culture and operational excellence. Over the course of three months, you’ll gain exposure to internal communications, performance evaluation processes, policy refinement, and employee engagement initiatives. This internship is designed to provide meaningful experience in a collaborative environment where fairness, transparency, and continuous improvement are core values. You will work closely with the HR team, contribute to real projects and develop practical skills that prepare you for a future in human resources or organizational development.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate

  • Interest in HR, organizational development or communications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workplace

  • Respect for confidentiality and professional ethics

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a collaborative environment.

  • Good conversational English is a must (4 skills)
