Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Install, backup, monitor and maintain office network devices (router, switches, audio codec, sim gateway, ip phone, ups, NAS, RFID devices)

  • Repair laptops, pc’s, printers and network devices.

  • Learn and administration for our office system (G Suite, Notion, Bitwarden , Gorgias..etc)

  • Onboarding & Offboarding internal system to new/leaving employees.

  • Regular update/renew login credentials of external partner systems’

  • Must handle urgent cases as OT of Call Center operation, including internet access issues, google services, Microsoft office, Window errors, mobile device errors for all work-related software and applications  whenever required.

  • Request budget proposal to management team for maintenance and purchasing IT devices

  • Communicate with suppliers and service providers about current and (potential new) systems, requirements and performance

Requirements

  • At least over 1 year experience with computer networks, systems maintenance and end-user support and CCTV installation

  • Required certificate of A+ NE, CCNA, MTCNA

  • Able to work collaboratively with team members

  • Preferred English written and verbal communication skills

  • Based in Yangon
