Junior Digital Partnership

Flymya’s is one of Myanmar’s leading online travel agencies. In order to stay on top, Flymya needs to produce high-quality media to attract customers and inspire travelers. We are looking for a creative individual that helps us to just do that.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing events, roadshows, and other activation activities to drive brand awareness and engagement.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination of marketing campaigns and partnership initiatives.

• Support the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.

• Work with dashboards to track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports for continuous improvement.

• Maintain strong communication and relationship management with partners to facilitate seamless execution of collaborative projects.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for partnership opportunities.

• Handle administrative and operational tasks related to partnership campaigns, including documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 month of experience in activations, campaign execution, or event coordination.

• Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt to team dynamics and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, campaign tracking, or partnership management.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with dashboards or reporting tools is a plus.

• Enthusiastic and proactive mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in the digital partnership space.
