Flymya is one of Myanmar’s leading online travel agency. In order to stay on top, Flymya needs to provide the relevant marketing activities to attract customers and inspire travellers. We are looking for an individual that helps us to just do that.

In your role as Marketing Data Analyst, you will be given the opportunity to support the Marketing team in collecting and analyzing data across the platforms to make informed decisions for marketing activities.

Job requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Interpret data and analyze results by using SQL and BI Tools such as lookerstudio to provide campaign report, social media report, and sales report across various platforms.

  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.

  • Work closely with the marketing team, tech team, and sales & solution team to provide filtered and “clean” data by reviewing reports, and performance indicators

  • Monitor and analyze the performance and metrics and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Marketing Data Analyst

  • Proficient in English and Burmese

  • Familiar with SQL, BI tools, social media platforms, instant messaging apps and blogs

  • Strong communication and conceptual thinking

  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings

  • Based in Yangon
