Flymya’s is one of Myanmar’s leading online travel agencies. In order to stay on top, Flymya needs to produce high-quality media to attract customers and inspire travelers. We are looking for a creative individual that helps us to just do that.

The Roadshow Executive / Senior Associate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing Flymya Roadshows to strengthen brand awareness and new user recruitment. The role also involves building and managing marketing partnerships, supporting collaboration campaigns, and ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives in alignment with Flymya’s brand strategy.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Roadshow Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement monthly and quarterly roadshow plans aligned with Flymya’s marketing and partnership objectives.

  • Identify strategic locations and potential partner venues for roadshows and activation events.

  • Oversee logistics, booth setup, materials preparation, and on-site operations.

  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure all offline visuals and merchandise align with Flymya’s brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

  • Source and manage suppliers for event production and merchandise, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality control.

2. Brand Awareness & User Recruitment

  • Represent Flymya during roadshows to promote travel products and services (flights, hotels, tours, packages).

  • Engage with potential customers to increase awareness, app downloads, and new user sign-ups.

  • Execute on-ground promotional activities such as lucky draws, giveaways, and interactive sessions to boost engagement.

3. Partnership Development & Collaboration

  • Identify and approach potential partners such as influencers, companies, and travel fair organizers for collaboration and conversion campaigns.

  • Manage existing marketing partners for regular collaboration and improvement of contractual conditions.

  • Support the entire marketing campaign process—from defining requirements to providing creative input for engaging content.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure punctual, high-quality execution in line with partnership agreements.

  • Work with designers to develop compelling and effective logos, visuals, and promotional materials for both print and digital platforms.

4. Reporting & Market Insights

  • Track and report performance metrics from roadshows and partnership campaigns, including audience reach, engagement, and conversions.

  • Prepare post-event and post-campaign reports with key learnings and recommendations.

  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media trends, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for Flymya.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in marketing, event coordination, or related field

  • Familiar with social media platforms and comfortable using instant messaging apps for communication and coordination

  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate between internal teams and external vendors

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in planning events and managing production timelines

  • Creative mindset with an interest in brand visibility, offline marketing, and merchandise design

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivated and willing to learn through hands-on experience in event activations and brand marketing

  • Willingness to work flexible hours during events.

  • Proficient in English is a plus.
