Sales Executive - Sales & Solutions Department [Thai Speaking] is tasked with dealing with suppliers especially Thailand Based Hotel, Car Rental and also with customers for selling our products. He/she helps customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are a vital part of Flymya’s sales process.

Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Thailand Suppliers such as hotels, car rental etc.,

  • Schedule and host the meetings if there will be needed for the sales & operations

  • Assisting customers by processing sales of Flymya travel products like, Flight Tickets, Hotel Rooms, Car Rentals, Visa service and etc.,. 

  • Handling inquiries for incoming bookings, calculating prices and communicating with customers 

  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and processes

  • Contribute to team efforts to continuously improve the internal process and procedure of the Business Development and Partnership team

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

  • Ensure a high level of customer service and a positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Background knowledge in tourism industry especially Hotels

  • English proficiency, both in writing and speaking, is required; proficiency in Thai is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication, social selling, active listening and representation skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Proven customer support and sales experience

  • Require customer service skills and proficiency working on computer and highly trainable

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and communication skills in English and Thai  language

Job Details

  • 5 day shifts within a one week period (Monday through Sunday)

Interview Test: Basic questionnaire will be part of the recruiting process
