Flymya’s is one of Myanmar’s leading online travel agency. In order to stay on top, Flymya needs to produce high-quality content for branding and to attract customers and inspire travellers. We are looking for a skilled marketer that helps us to build digital partnerships to brand, share our content and work together on engaging marketing campaigns with our Marketing team of marketers and designers.

In your role as Digital Partnership Executive, you will be given the opportunity to support the Marketing team in acquiring and maintaining high-quality partnerships with partners in Myanmar, like eWallets, popular brands & more.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach interesting partners for Flymya for collaboration and conversion campaigns, like influencers, companies and travel fair organisers.

• Manage existing marketing partners for regular collaboration and improvement of (contractual) conditions

• Support the entire marketing campaign process of defining requirements, provide input for engaging content for our audiences

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of execution (punctuality and quality) according to the partnership agreements

• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends

Requirements

• Fresh graduate welcome

• Proficient in English and Burmese

• Familiar with social media platforms, instant messaging apps and blogs

• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and creative writing skills

• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

• Able to give and receive constructive criticism

• Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design

• Self-driven, good organization skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects

• Based in Yangon
